This is the kind of record you want to listen to on the beach on a nice day. The title track sung in her ennui voice, “Fly Me to the Moon”, “Non-Stop to Brazil”, “My Foolish Heart” and “Only Trust Your Heart” with Stan Getz are all on this record. Bossa nova is a Brazilian music that developed from samba in the mid-1950s, but it was so compatible with jazz that jazz musicians began to take it up all the time.
