French Suite / Gustav Leonhardt
Of Bach’s three Clavier Suites, I like the French Suite the best. Its compactness and the perfection of each piece are realy wonderful. I think it is just the best collection (All are good, but I like No. 2 in C minor the best). This recording by Gustav Leonhardt is one of my favorites. I also like the performances by Helmut Walcha and Keith Jarrett. #baroque #bach #片山俊幸
