About parallel octaves

There are two types of parallel octaves: “inadvertent” and “confident.” For example, which do you think to cosider the following examples?

1. Telemann: Suite in A minor (Figure 1)
2. Telemann: Trio Sonata in F major (Figure 2)
3. Bach: Cantata No. 209 (Figure 3)

1. is what is musically called “heterophony”, so it seems to be a confident one. But what about 2 and 3? Neither sounds musically strange, so they might also be classified as “confident”.
